Sigep …here we come!

There remains little time now for the awaited January event, in which we are protagonists in a show that is dedicated to the flavors of the Riviera Romagnola.

Sigep, now in its thirty-seventh edition, is certainly the most important event in the world in the field of ice cream and confectionery craft.

But, amidst of all this “sweetness”, there is also room for lovers of salty and more specifically for the food most loved by Italians and not only … the Pizza!

Also to face this new adventure we prepared the best: in the front line the entire Evolution line with professional wood burning ovens, gas and hybrid ovens, professional tools and pizza peel holders and our unforgettable chefs, along with the faithful Quattro Pro Top oven this time in the gas version, which will ensure excellent taste performance.

Every day at the stand 187 in Hall D3 there will be two appointments with tasting: the morning with “Happy Breakfast”, a sweet awakening to start the day in which our chef will be busy with cakes, pies and cookies.

At lunchtime, we know a little bit of salt never hurts, it is time for “just Pizza” with imaginative recipes that will leave you speechless and tickle your palate. Do not miss this event, we await you at Hall D3, stand 187.
