The 37th edition of Sigep closes its doors, the international exhibition of artisan confectionery hosted in the spaces of the Rimini Fair, was for us a definite milestone.
Over 200,000 visitors from around the world were able to appreciate the fragrances, sweets and savory flavors. The festival in fact, has been able to put on the table raw materials, ingredients, machinery, equipment, furniture, even the packaging, all of the newness of the world of pastry and bakery.
At booth 187 between a sweet and a piece of pizza the real stars of the D3 pavilion scene, were our professional wood fired and gas ovens of thethat have aroused curiosity, attracted attention and of course as in a theater, received applause from the audience. Not to mention all those who managed to taste the biscuits, sweets and especially the pizza of surprising flavor prepared by our cook and pizza chef, from them a request for an encore has arrived!
This fair was, also, definitely a great experience. We took to the field a solid and super close-knit team that knew how to accept and manage the copious inflow of international audience.
Sigep, which inaugurated the exhibition season of the, was certainly a very important step that has allowed us to consolidate our position in the market. We want to thank everyone for making this special event.
